Sensitive and compassionate support
End of life care is designed to provide sensitive and compassionate support and services to both your loved one and your family. We work with East Lancashire Hospice, McMillan and Marie Curie nurses, GPs and other healthcare professions to ensure both palliative and end of life care is delivered in the best way possible.
Individuals with life-limiting conditions will be offered the opportunity to create an advanced care plan. We’ll discuss their future wishes and requirements should there come a time when they can’t make their choices known, and can involve friends and family if they request this.
